Delivery Timelines

• The standard delivery time is 9:00 am to 6:00 pm  business days but there may be delays due to invalid addresses.
• The standard Processing time is  9:00 am to 6:00 pm  business days.

Pre-paid orders

 All orders in UAE are delivered within 1 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays and major holidays.

Holiday shipping information

Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. (Delivery span will be processing period 1 to 3  days + Public holiday period)
